Throughout the years I have worked in various roles in the music industry, however I am currently working in PR & artist representation. I've had the opportunity to be a part of various renowned international events including New Wave in Russia and X Factor in Lithuaniar. In the aforementioned contests I was there representing artists I manage through the ‘Yuzu am’ entity that I founded and own. I was also a part of the jury team for several singing competitions aimed at rising stars mainly Riga Symphony in Latvia, Music Talent League in Lithuania and Euro Pop Contest in Berlin. I'm also the director of ‘Erseb Productions’, an entity offering several opportunities for local singers by organizing singers competition.

Rodica Roșioru (born 6 October 1974 in Durlești, Chișinău, Moldova) is the founder and canto teacher of "The artistic Studio, Rodica Roșioru", in Moldova. At the age of four she joins the studio of choir music "Lia-Ciocârlia" , besides, being the co-host of the "Curcubeul fermecat" show at the National Television. During this time, she is recording the first songs in the soundtrack of the musical film for children, "Coarda colorată", the music and the lyrics being signed by Grigore Vieru. She has graduated The Republican Music High-school "C. Porumbescu" from Chișinău, the violin section. Over the years of studying, she has participated in numerous specialized competitions, every single one being crowned with great success. She did her studies at The National University of music from Bucharest. She is a doctor in music. Rodica Roșioru is the protagonist of the musical film for children "Cântecul viorii", whose music was signed by Ion Aldea-Teodorovici, and the lyrics by Grigore Vieru and Anatol Ciocanu. She has collaborated with composers such as Eugen Doga and Anatol Chiriac. She was the jury president of the most popular TV project for children from Moldova, "Ring Star". The prodigious activity in the musical area is in a continuous rising, this way, Rodica Roșioru is being honoured with invitations to become a member of the international juries at prestigious festivals from Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Slovenia, Bulgaria and so on. She is debuting in the didactic activity in 1999. And in 2013, she is setting up "The artistic Studio, Rodica Roșioru". The pupils of this studio are participating and winning different renowned competitions, Grang-prixes and other important awards, in countries such as Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, and representing the Republic of Moldova at the highest level in the finals of some grand competitions like "New Wave Junior" and "Slavianski Bazar".

ILONA BAGELE is a Latvian National Opera and Ballet soloist and is one of the most requested concert performers in Latvia with considerable experience in academic, jazz and pop music. In 1999 she graduated from the J. Vitola Latvian Academy of Music’s vocal faculty as a student of Prof. Regina Frinberga’s class and received her master’s degree in 2003 under Prof. Arvids Imants Lusts’ supervision. In 2000 she won awards at the Jazeps Vitols Vocal Competition. Ilona Bagele is an associate professor at the University of Daugavpils as well as the musical production vocal consultant for the Daugavpils Theatre. In 2003 the singer joined the LNOB soloist ensemble. Her wide repertoire includes such roles as Mercédès (Carmen), Ulrica (Un ballo in maschera), Filippyevna (Eugene Onegin), Marcellina (Le nozze di Figaro), Ježibaba (Rusalka), Erda (Das Rheingold), Princess Clarice (The Love for Three Oranges), the Countess (The Queen of Spades), Flora Bervoix (La traviata), Gebgeba the pig (J. Lusens’ The Bird's Opera), Maddalena (Rigoletto), Marthe Schwertlein (Faust), Luzma (The Rose of Turaida) and many others. Together with the LNOB she has gone on tour to Macau and Hong Kong (China), The Bolshoi Theatre (Moscow), the Grand Théâtre de Luxembourg, the Teatro Massimo Bellini in Sicily, Bordeaux and Orléans (France), Dalhalla (Sweden), the Tallinn National Opera, Savonlinna (Finland) and other places. She has also performed in productions at the Daugavpils Theatre. The artist has sung in countless concerts in Latvia and performed solo concerts, including her birthday solo show My Life – Music at the Great Guild in Riga. In 2012 the a concert performance called Cantando y amando with Ilona Bagele as a soloist was recognised with the Grand Award for Music for Year’s Best Production. Ilona Bagele has performed the alto part in various compositions: Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, Mozart’s Requiem, Dvořák’s Mass in D major, J.S. Bach’s St. Matthew Passion, participated in a performance of Leonard Bernstein’s Mass, sung Imants Kalnins’ Rīta Cēliens and many others. The singer has collaborated with the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, the Liepaja Symphony Orchestra, the Latvian Armed Forces Orchestra and many times with the orchestra Rīga. As a soloist she has also sung in many Raimonds Pauls concert programmes. She has performed in the Riga Opera Festival, the Cesu Music Festival, Inese Galante’s international festival Summertime, the Riga 2014 City of Culture festival, festivals in Poland, Belarus, Finland, Estonia and elsewhere.

Mara Marnauza is professor, Dr. at the Jazeps Vitols Latvian Music Academy. She is a chief conductor at the Latvian Song Festival, at the Baltic States’ Student Song Festival Gaudeamus. M. Marnauza is the artistic director of the winners of international choir competitions – the female choir Balta (1999) and the chamber choir Fortius (1985). M. Marnauza has gained recognition as a conductor and a jury member in many choir festivals and competitions, concerts and masterclasses in Germany, USA, China, South Korea, Switzerland, Austria, Netherland, Belgium, Great Britain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Belorussia, Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic.

Mustafa Canbazlar – Istanbul Producer, composer, and music educator. After completing his conservatory education, he worked as an academic instructor in harmony and music theory. As a keyboardist, he has participated in numerous projects and has extensive experience as an arranger and producer in recording studios. His compositions and arrangements have received awards at various international festivals, where he has also served for many years as a jury member. He is the founder of the Performist International Music Festival, held annually in Istanbul for the past three years.

Susanna Barseghyan Composer • Vocal Specialist • Music Producer Artashat, Republic of Armenia Susanna Barseghyan is an accomplished Armenian composer, vocal specialist, and music producer with over 30 years of experience in performance, composition, and arts education. She is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of the “Gayane” Art and Production Center in Yerevan, where she mentors young vocalists and composers. Previously, she served as Director of the Gevorg Budaghyan School of Arts, contributing to the development of modern music education in Armenia. Author of more than 100 original works, including children’s songs, pop compositions, and instrumental pieces performed at concerts and competitions throughout the country. Her work is dedicated to nurturing young talent and advancing Armenian culture through creativity, mentorship, and innovation.
